During the practice of my career, I have able to learn from a well known company back home in the Philippines , one useful work system that could be of vital importance on every task at hand. Though it does not guarantee of 100 percent success on the final completion, still it lessens some burdens that alter the end results of targets with emphasis to cost, time and schedule.

Pro Active Approach could be applied even on the most simple plan of work in our daily life. It deals on the basic of Pre- Planning taking into consideration the macro(biggest) and the micro(smallest) components of a project.

The system will deal with managing three basic part of Resources: Materials, Manpower , Equipment. It is vital to incorporate the resources on the target schedule, but the most important phase is during the execution where strict monitoring should be implemented so as to anticipate actual factors that will cause delays during implementation. Outsourcing materials will relatively make a great impact on cost reductions while proper assignment of the right skilled manpower ensure the quality of the job or the product.

The effort to look closely to details contribute much to the smooth transition of activity
phases and error reduction and repetition of works. It is also important to initiate an alternative plan and not to rely on the basics for after all if one would evaluate and plan, there will always be a better way to get the job done, in less cost and tight schedule.

Instinct

Everyone is unique in character, ways and line of thinking. With a keen observation, it is interesting to note the phrase “ still water runs deep” which is sometimes quite true with personality.

The foundation of moral values and good deeds which had been observe in daily life greatly helps to develop an instinct with controlled behaviour, the basic instinct to come on a none violent reaction.

Reminiscence of stages of life where some events give way to life changing directions that pave way on what we are today.

Early Stage:

Age of innocence and initial development of physical and mental features. One of the most vital stage where accumulation of these were of outmost importance, this is where all the future complete development factors base as a foundation. It could be well describe in a foam that absorb the water continuously, or on a layman term , accumulation of knowledge at the early stage of development.

Growing Up:

The stage where the mind try to differentiate the variance on knowledge acquired, to analyze the problem and find rational solution with it. It is during these times that the eagerness to acquire greater knowledge were at its peak. Shaping mental aptitude and character starts with these phase. Proper guidance on values and actual experience will serve as a role model for growing up years where lot of arguments on ways and means of different personalities will be subjected to constant comments. It is vital to explain some details and examples of life experiences to implicate the positive results on the search for genuine meaning.

Adolescent:

Transformation or transition to adulthood. Getting the feeling of self independence, the “I can do it” confidence within self. Learning to acknowledge one’s ability and knowledge, the initial stage of developing self confidence and personality. Establishment of circle of friends, formation of values and attitude, adaptation and transition of knowledge to higher level were at a fast pace. These years need constant guidance to evaluate career goals and personality development.

Mature Stage:

Period of decision making on career goals and plans, though settling down issues could not be neglected because it is one important phase of life, a plan will definitely make a difference. At a stage ,it could well be within the mind.
Most of the decision making should be evaluated so as to come up with a career plan that will best suits the inclination and capacity of individual.






Family and Career

The most relevant , challenging, exciting phase of life, to some it is the result of all the effort and sacrifices from the previous endeavours. Perfect life don’t exists, maybe it could be called full life. I will best describe it on the word fulfilment , in all aspects that one had gone through whether its on career or family and so forth.

Twilight Zone

Final Phase ..growing old graciously, reminiscing the best part of life, having the peace of mind and view that the phases live will somehow leave a legacy to other generations. True happiness comes with a heart without resentments, a mind full of active response of endearing will to share a good view of life with others. A heart full of gratitude with all the blessings in all forms, and of course the life being given itself. A constant thankful prayer to the Lord, with a wonderful life.

My Daughter’s 9! PAULINE



Its my daughter’s 9th Birthday today April 24, 2008. Back to memory lane were I used to cuddle her and sing lullaby. My everdearest Pauline, we used to call her “Paganda” a nickname by her Lola Julia. After her birth, I keenly scrolled down the baby book names looking for a short simple name, not the ones usually of two combination American name that will make it hard for the kids to write during their starting years. I already did had an idea to refer it to my Inay’s name which is Paula Pablita and I came across the name Pauline in the baby name book and sigh..this is it, the name will perfectly fit to her!

When Pauline was an infant, I have an information from a pediatric book that stimulating her mind by showing colored charts (red,black,white) with different shapes will greatly help developing her brain cells. It was stated there also that once those billion of cells were not stimulated it will not be enhance and develop during growing up years or for short , some cells will naturally became stagnant. It holds true also that reading and listening to music plays a great contribution to advance development of brain cells of the baby during pregnancy.

Still, I not sure that it really does works well but today I’m very proud of my daughter intellectual properties. She started taking up early nursery education and display unexpected excellence. Recently during her primary education, she excels on major subjects particularly Mathematics, going through a perfect score oftentimes!

Her achievement gave me an enduring inspiration to prepare and give her the best education which she deserves. My daily prayers to the Good Lord to give me more strength as a start to strive hard to prepare her road to life and career success..

Some intriguing questions were most have variety of views and answers. Judgement and Outlook differs..depending on the intensity or impact of personality that touches one’s life.

Just like on make believe stories and feel good movies, the existence of such characters can be noted on some individuals. Although it will not bear all the characteristics, it could be safely stated that one or few unique positive traits could make a difference.
Still, the true test of character depend on how a person decide and react on situations,
on how to balance judgement on a fair way without compromising equality or by simply being firm on principles based on moral values.

On the other hand, a wonderful person need not be of high profile and extravagant lifestyle, citation and appreciation are at its best, when a generous move were done with the genuine spirit of charity at heart. Of open view to share our hand not minding of any obstacles that might be encounter.

One could safely denotes of a good person, but the one that truly knows what inside the heart is the one that have experience sharing the person’s character . Learning from them is such a worthwhile moments, for emulating and passing their ways will transcends to all other persons that go through the same life changing experience.

It is not common to denote that fear itself has a value, but going through past experiences , the negative feeling somewhat contributes to an individual a common shield or self defense mechanism to overcome fears.

Fear in its sole magnitude comes in different forms and stages of each lives. Since it comes in transparent form, the tendency to control it in anticipation results in anxiety.

Everyone has fears, with people..with things..with goals..with the future. It is part of life..part of emotions, part of existence. On how one could conquer fear as it comes depend on self confidence, maturity and open mind to accept and be ready with our fate.

The value of fear is that it makes one cautious of the decisions that will somewhat affect the event in life as it comes. Though life is not perfect, it somehow decreases the chances and diffuses the degree of fear in the heart and mind.
